At Ambre Blends, we take pride in the quality and purity of our hand-crafted essences and body care products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on unused items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer experience team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Authorization number and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unused items in their original glass bottles or containers and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our Indianapolis studio.
Processing & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
